My weakness is that I love eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches prior to hopping into the pool for a workout. Problem was, sugary, salty peanut butter, sugary jelly, and high carb whole grain bread. So I went on a hunt to find something more "paleo". Here is how it turns out:

Sugar free/salt free natural peanut butter
Sugar free smuckers preserves
Foccocia style flax seed "bread" (see below)

2 cups flax seed meal
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1-2 Tablespoons sugar equivalent from artificial sweetener (I used agave nectar)
5 beaten eggs
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup oil

You mix dry ingredients first, then add the wet ingredients to dry, mix and let it sit for 2-3 minutes. Pour into a pan with high sides, spread evenly, and bake for 20 minutes or until the bread springs back to touch. It doesn't taste like "bread" but with the pb&j it is a pretty good concoction. I am going to try using cinnamon and nutmeg next time I make it. Good luck

Love the post. Mas I believe you meant one fell swoop not foul swoop. I could be wrong I know I have been before...

I believe there was a stench of some sort involved in the Dutch oven process somewhere in history???? Thanks for watching my back brother.

I would love to "Test" drive the pressure cooker. Sounds dangerous.
