I saw ben busting out rope climbs the other day, it was BA! And I want to thank whoever put the fat pullup bar back to a usable location, I love that thing.

Steps on how to register for the Fall Rowing Challenge.
#1: Go to Concept2 online logbook
http://www.concept2.com/sranking03/log_start.asp?p=/sranking03/log.asp
#2: Click on the “Register” link on the left side of the screen
#3: Fill out the profile with your information, including email, username and password. At the bottom of the screen, you will see “Affiliation” Please, do not put any thing in this box or try and find Verve in the drop down list below the box.
#4: Click “Submit” at the bottom of the profile page
#5: Once you have created a logbook, click on the “Teams” link on the upper right hand side of the screen.
#6: Scroll down until you see a part that says “Join a team.” Use the drop down menu to select “CrossFit Verve” and then hit “Select team.”
#7: You will be prompted to be sure that this is the team you would like to join. If it is please hit “Join Team”
Congratulations, you are now part of the rowing powerhouse called Verve! But you are not done!
#8: Scroll down the screen and you will see team challenge. Highlighted in yellow is where you have to confirm that you want to partake in the Fall Team Challenge. Click on the link given. Then a pretty anti-climactic screen will show up telling you that you have joined the challenge. Now go out there and row your fannies off!!
You are responsible to go online everyday that you row and record your meters or they will not count. You can record if the meters were part of your warm up or part of a WOD in the comments section. Do not worry about putting the time down unless the meters were for time. This is going to be fun! Let’s see if we can get well over 200,000 meters in a months’ time.
If you have any questions or are having trouble signing up for the challenge, please email Mas at [email protected]
