"Fight Gone Bad"
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five minute round from which a one minute break is allowed before repeating. The stations are:
Wall ball, 20# (15#)
Sumo deadlift high pull, 75# (55#)
Box jumps, 20"
Push press, 75# (55#)
Row (calories)
The clock does not stop or reset between exercises. On the call of "rotate", the athletes immediately move to the next station for a good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower, where a point is given for each calorie.

What does FGB mean to me? This is the one crossfit wod that trulyimics what I do on a daily basis, therefore it has be one oyh my foils and inspiration. As you embark on this workout remind yourself that your efforts are going to the families of men who said " If it me, than who" these are men that will get nothing more than a piece of white marble.
